Pale straw in colour with green tints. Fresh, lifted aromas of citrus blossom, red apples and freshly baked pastries. The palate is bright fresh and delicate, a light bodied sparkling wine whose flavours of citrus and brioche offer a fun and playful sparkling experience.

About The Winery

The classic sparkling varieties of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are sourced from a diverse range of vineyard sites. Sites are selected to deliver outstanding freshness, clarity and those generous flavours essential in sparkling winemaking. Gentle handling in the winery ensures the fruit’s flavour and delicacy is maximised. After blending, the wine remains on light lees until bottling to maintain freshness and increase flavour complexity
