Tasting Notes
Deep Crimson with purple hues. Ripe dark berry and cassis fruit aromas over dark chocolate like oak. A full bodied red wine showing rich dark berry and cassis fruit flavors, with hints of black pepper and star anise spice. This wine has ripe fleshy fruit over fine cocoa like tannins and finishes with lingering mulberry and choc mint flavors.
Region
Taking charge on driving Australia’s wine industry and encompassing all of Victoria, parts of SA & NSW, the South Eastern Australia wine region. It’s the sheer scale of the SEA region that includes a variety of climates and only in cooler, coastal areas is where vineyards play any significant role in the landscape.
