The classic sparkling varieties of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are sourced from a diverse range of vineyard sites. Sites are selected to deliver outstanding freshness, clarity and those generous flavours essential in sparkling winemaking. Gentle handling in the winery ensures the fruit’s flavour and delicacy is maximised. After blending, the wine remains on light lees until bottling to maintain freshness and increase flavour complexity
