Tasting Notes

Bright crimson with purple hues . The bouquet displays lifted red berry fruits of mulberry, plum and cherry flavours with a subtle hint of charcuterie with pepper spice and mocha notes . Medium bodied, the juicy upfront palate displays flavours of plum, ripe red berries , cocoa and mocha complexity, star -anise and Indian spices . Subtle French oak flavours provide an extra dimension and length, nicely balanced with fine tannins and soft acidity . A wine to be enjoyed upon release, with the potential to cellar for up to 5 years for greater complexity .
