This 2018 vintage again proved how consistent Langhorne Creek is with quality of Italian varietals and Lagrein in particular. This edition is rich and deep in showing great complexity throughout. Lagrein's silky tannins working well here with mild oak influence and integrating with dark cherry plum fruits concentrated. An enjoyable palate feel and linger.
Have with roast duck or rabbit stew.
Will age up to 5 years.
