2016 | MSV Red Label | Cabernet Sauvignon | Wine of Barossa Valley (2x6 Bottles)
Description
Tasting Notes
Fresh and vibrant fruit provides palate energy & youthfulness. Red fruit
with flashes of fresh plum and the merest hint of blueberry.
Tannin structure is relatively soft for the variety but gently builds along the
length of the palate finishing with a slightly savoury structure.
Oak is barely noticeable and well-integrated into the framework of the
wine. Herbal complexity is characterised by notes of mint-leaf, eucalypt,
fresh basil and tomato leaf.
*Vintage may vary. Every effort is made to ensure the current vintage is displayed, however variations can occur.
About The Winery
Our Greenock Estate vineyard hosts 200 acres of hillside vines producing outstanding Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache and Mataro grapes. At the top of the hill sits our five peaked Chateau, where grapes are crushed and then fermented; thus, beginning the process of making small-batch Barossan artisan wine.
It’s a blessing to make wine here.
