Q. What are your delivery charges?
A. Freight charges are fixed at $7.50 a case (up to 12 bottles) anywhere in Australia.
Q. Who will deliver my order?
A. We use multiple Australian couriers such as Auspost, StarTrack, Hunters Express, Couriers Please, and more.
Q. When can I expect delivery?
A. Estimated delivery time to each state varies. Most deliveries will be completed within 7-10 days.
Q. How do I buy wines on your website?
It's easy! First go to the product(s) that you want and add to your shopping cart. Then, go to "Checkout" which is located at the top right hand corner of the web page. If you would like to remove any products that you have in your shopping cart, simply click on the cross icon. If you are happy with the products in your shopping cart and would like to continue the buying process, you can continue through checkout.
If you are not already logged in, you will be asked to do so here. If this is your first time buying wines on our website, you will need to register yourself. If you have any trouble at all please contact us for support.

Q. Where do I claim a code or coupon?
A. You can claim or use a code or coupon during checkout.
Q. Can I use multiple codes or coupons on the same order?
A. No, only one code or coupon can be entered per order. This is a Shopify limitation - the platform we currently use to run our store.
Q. Can I order a wine that is not listed on the website?
Q. How do you rate your products?
A. Yes! If you would like to purchase a wine that is not listed on our website, the process is very simple. Simply contact us and we'd be happy to put a deal together for you.
A. We only sell wines that we would drink ourselves. We taste every bottle that we sell and will only put forward those which we feel are outstanding to drink and outstanding value. This is in line with our philosophy of providing you with quality wines at fantastic prices.
Q. How do I use my rewards points?
A. Click the 'Rewards Program' button on the bottom-right of your screen. Login using your store account to manage your rewards and points. You can also refer a friend for more points + they get a discount!
Q. What do I do if my wine is missing or damaged?
A. Contact us promptly. Our admin team will open an urgent inquiry with the courier. In most cases a replacement is sent out and received within 7 days. If a replacement cannot be sent, either store credit or a refund may be issued.
Q. What if my wine isn't what I ordered?
A. We'll ask you to organise a time that the courier can pick up the incorrect wine (at no cost to yourself), and then we'll send the correct wine. If we no longer can fulfil the correct wine we'll negotiate with you, and a similar wine of equal or greater value may be sent.
In the unusual circumstance that only a few bottles are incorrect, we may insist you keep those bottles and issue store credit at the correct wine's per bottle price or greater.
Q. I don't like my wine, can I return it for a refund?
A. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns if the wine is not to your taste. We are also not obligated to. Once the case leaves our warehouse we cannot be sure it will return in the same condition, and so we cannot re-sell it. We acknowledge that not everyone will like every wine, but we do our utmost to ensure only high-quality wine is sold on our store. Every wine we sell goes through a rigorous tasting by several judges.
