Delivery Charges:

Q. What are your delivery charges?
A. Freight charges are fixed at $7.50 a case (up to 12 bottles) anywhere in South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, or the Australian Capital Territory. Freight charges are fixed to $19.95 a carton (up to 12 bottles) anywhere in  Western Australia, Tasmania, or the Northern Territory.
Q. Why are WA, NT, and Tas not included in Free Shipping deals?
A. Unfortunately the freight cost to these states is very high, especially so for small and fragile packages such as wine cartons. Our goal of having the lowest price anywhere for every wine we sell regretfully means we are required to pass on the delivery charges to the customer or risk becoming unsustainable as a business. 
Q. Who will deliver my order?
A. We currently use 3 couriers Australia-wide.

Q. When can I expect delivery?
A. Estimated delivery time to each state varies. Most deliveries will be completed within 7-10 days. 



Q. How do I buy wines on your website?
It's easy! First go to the product(s) that you want and add to your shopping cart. Then, go to "Checkout" which is located at the top right hand corner of the web page. If you would like to remove any products that you have in your shopping cart, simply click on the cross icon. If you are happy with the products in your shopping cart and would like to commence the buying process, you can continue with the checkout process.

If you are not already logged in, you will be asked to do so here. If this is your first time buying wines on our website, you will need to register yourself. If you have any trouble at all please contact us for support.

Q. Where do I claim a code or coupon?
A. You can claim or use a code or coupon during checkout.
Q. Can I use multiple codes or coupons on the same order?
A. No, only one code or coupon can be entered per order.


Q. Can I order a wine that is not listed on the website?
Yes! If you would like to purchase a wine that is not listed on our website, the process is very simple. Simply contact us and we'd be happy to put a deal together for you.


Q. How do you rate your products?
We only sell wines that we would drink ourselves. We taste every bottle that we sell and will only put forward those which we feel are outstanding to drink and outstanding value. This is in line with our philosophy of providing you with quality wines at fantastic prices.
