A. Freight charges are fixed at $7.50 a case (up to 12 bottles) anywhere in Australia (NT, WA, Tas excepted).
Ordering:Q. How do I buy wines on your website?
A.It's easy! First go to the product(s) that you want and add to your shopping cart. Then, go to "Checkout" which is located at the top right hand corner of the web page. If you would like to remove any products that you have in your shopping cart, simply click on the cross icon. If you are happy with the products in your shopping cart and would like to continue the buying process, you can continue through checkout.
If you are not already logged in, you will be asked to do so here. If this is your first time buying wines on our website, you will need to register for an account.
Q. Why do I need an account?
A. The sale of alcohol in Australia is strict, and to comply Cheaper Buy The Dozen requires all customers to have accounts.
Discount Codes & CouponsQ. Where do I claim a code or coupon?
A. Yes! If you would like to purchase a wine that is not listed on our website, the process is very simple. Simply contact us and we'd be happy to put a deal together for you.
Please note, our Rewards Program was closed as of August 1st 2018. All existing points are in storage and can to be used but not added to.
