Description

Pale pink/salmon in hue. The nose has lifted notes of wild strawberry and orange

rind. The palate is vibrant and fresh with good complexity. There is rose water,
pink grapefruit, musk, eucalyptus, cinnamon spice and some candied fruit. As the
wine plays across the tongue the textural elements of the wine become evident.
This textural element not only adds interest to the palate but also makes it “food
friendly”. The wine fishes clean and balanced with good length of sweet berry fruit.
