Tasting Notes

Our Ta_Ku Pinot Gris is pale straw, clean and crisp on the nose, with a bouquet of freshly cut pear, honeydew melon and spicy honeysuckle. The palate is delicately juicy and wonderfully mouth coating. Spicy pear notes open the front palate, then carry through to a soft lingering acidity and gentle sweetness on the finish.
