Tasting Notes

Clear and bright, the wine is pale straw in colour with a clear hue. The bouquet displays clean and pronounced aromas of citrus, snow pea and gooseberry. The palate showcases classic varietal flavors of lime curd, snowpea and mineral notes. The crisp acidity and pronounced fruit character provide a fresh, lively wine. A creamy texture from lees and hints of French oak in the background provides complexity and length to the palate.

About The Winery

The Amberley vineyards are planted in the gravelly loam soils of Margaret River. Here, the vines are cooled by nearby ocean breezes and combined with our viticultural practices, allows us to produce wines with elegant flavours.
