Tasting Notes

Pale lemon in colour with green hues. Aromas of lavender, rose and dried herbs with hints of fennel and pear. Jasmine and white flowers are complemented by cinnamon quill and allspice on the mid-palate with crisp acidity and a long, lingering, floral finish.
