Tasting Notes

The 2021 Fiano is a sensational summer white with an aroma of zingy citrus, mild honey amongst apple and pear fruits and a hint of ginger spice. This followed by a nicely balanced and textured palate with merlon, apple characters. Again, zingy citrus adding freshness and very subtle honey notes on the finish. An outstanding friend to pan seared salmon or an accompaniment to a plate of oysters.
