Tasting Notes
Brilliant, pale straw in colour, this wine shows intense, fresh fruit characters of white peach and citrus combined with hints of roasted almonds and creamy brioche. Subtle toasted oak and vanilla spice provided lift and interest to the aroma. Fresh and full of flavour, the 2018 Amberley Chardonnay displays stone fruit and citrus characters. The palate is long and lightly textured with hints of hazelnut and vanillin derived from a period of yeast contact and oak maturation
