This wine has matured in a combination of french oak and stainless steel for twelve months giving it an extra dimension in both flavor and structure.
Good balanced acidity and smooth velvety tannins complement the spicy backbone of supporting oak giving additional complexity.
An underlying savoury spice character is complimented by primary fruit characters with generous length and weight on the finish.
